Brief: Our client, the luxury home builder Braid Construction, was looking for a high-end finish for this new build contemporary home.  Great attention to detail in highlighting the front external façade and to use a variety of lighting techniques to deliver a welcoming, smart and visually dramatic modern home.  A simple but clear brief.

Providing the full turnkey solution from design to commissioning, our client was delighted with this spectacular home greatly enhanced through our implemented lighting solution. The LED technology utilised offered wall washing and ceiling perimeter lighting, spotlights, down lights, wall feature lighting, table lamps, in ground luminaires, stair lights and a couple of funky bespoke fittings.

Every light source in the property is controlled by a Lutron Homeworks system which is housed in the main three phase panel for neatness and convenience. Scene setting and the all-important keypad engraving makes for complete ease of control.

We also provided a full AV system to provide music for the lounge, snug, dining room, study, kitchen, master bedroom and en-suite, guest bedroom and en-suite. Whilst not desired now, but maybe in the future, we made cable provision for automated Lutron window shades when the time comes.
